The owners/managers work really hard to make the hotel maintain a high standard.Everything is very clean even in the breakfast room.It is one of the best in the price range.Many rooms have balconies with chairs to relax .Easy walk from Isani metro.

The best thing about your hotel is the receptionist. They are friendly and very accommodating. ☺️ They are so helpful with anything and everything that we asked them for most, especially Nick, Georgy & the big guy too (sorry forgot his name) Mary & I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my friend Mary wants to send her regards to receptionist Nick ♥️

Paid for an upgrade to a larger room than previous stay.Room had a fridge, kettle and two bottles of water.Shower was nice and spacious. Student at front desk was very nice and spoke good English.Good night sleep.Easy walk to Isani metro or a couple of stops on bus.You can buy beer, wine and cha cha on premises if you want to relax in the evening.I think you can sit downstairs in the breakfast room too.

Great and professional receptionists. Clean, quiet and calm neighborhood. Clean rooms, refrigerator, water cooker, water bottles and Georgian black tea/green tea.

ძალიან კარგი სასტუმრო, ძალიან კარგი მომსახურე პერსონალით. ოთახები სუფთა და მოწესრიგებული. მდებარეობაც კარგი, პარკირებაც საკუთარი რაც იშვიათია მაგ რაიონში. ოთახში ყველაფერი საჭირო ნივთები. სისუფთავე რაც მთავარია, უმაღლეს დონემდე აქვთ.

I liked staying there. I had a room with a balcony. The room was cosy and clean, the bathroom had everything needed (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush) and it was warm there. A balcony was well designed: you can sit there without noticing by the people from nearby buildings. The kitchen had bottled water and tea for two people as well as a refrigerator constrained mini-bar with water and snacks. The personnel were really polite, kind, and helpful.

We loved the hospitality, breakfast and coffee machine that is included during breakfast. Check in and check out was very smooth and stay was very peaceful. They had kept all toiletries ready and room was clean. Don't forget to visit the terrace the view is cute. We would recommend this place for family as we felt safe and especially our room to couple. Reception staff knows English and they are very friendly and available 24/7.

I had room 403 and it had a very comfortable bed. Extra pillows. And I found out that all given towels had different stages of softness. For people who likes more rough or soft towels or medium rough/softness. The breakfast was good - fresh food daily. The hotel is also in between two metro stations at Queen Ketevan Av. to get easily to Old town / City Center. The staff was also very kind and helpful when I had a question.
